I am currently in Italy and I purchased the Weapon's Depot because I had to. I've long since received my Achievement for $1,000,000 income (upgraded previous properties) and you're only required to purchase the one property in each country. So... is there any reason for me to purchase more properties (aside from more income)? I'm aware I'll have to purchase a property in the next country. Will there be more Achievements, like for $5M income? I just don't want to spend $50M at the moment if there is no reason other than more income.
the most important reason for buying property is to raise 'your bounty'.... that means how much money others have to spend for hit listing you. For the more archievement question only god knows (and maybe the devs).

THIS IS NOT TRUE your bounty is not based on how much property you have ...i have all of them as does monchaco Zombie Slayer Earnings: 420,561,910 and if that were the case our bountys would be much higher...so I think you have been misinformed
That is not your income, that is how much you have earned from squad members. I'm pretty sure your base hitlist cost is aprox. 5 x Net Income (Property Income - Upkeep). Then you factor in the repeat listing multiplier ("this will be the nth bounty on this user") Booby traps are aprox. 1/2 your base hitlist, so you can figure out someone's base hitlist by doubling their booby trap cost.
I am past that earnings 1 billion Property Income: $7,751,050 Inventory Upkeep: - $2,822,600 Income per Hour: + $4,928,450 and as i have all the propertys bar 1 all upgraded i fail to see how my base cost is 12 000 000 and on a 4th attempt its now $33,283,886 when a level 221 is now on his 5th attempt ipaid 640 000 000 theres some serious mis calculations
Are you sure your base is 12m? I had a friend look at your booby cost and it was 12.3m which 2x would put you at about 25m base hitlist, which would be about right for your income (5x). As for the other guy, he's probably still in the safe zone where repeated listings skyrocket. There definitely appears to be a zone around that level where the players have a lot of money to list the higher ups but are still safe behind the skyrocketing retaliation costs.

It looks like the hitlist cost for the higher level players goes up 1/2 their base cost for each hit. That's pretty crappy, it should at least go up the full amount each time.
