Why is it you get the option for your squad/faction to punch someone sometimes, but not every time? If I'm punching someone who's requested their squad/faction to punch me (in other words, I'm retaliating an attack), I don't always get the option-anyone know why?
not sure of kano's formula for this...seems i get the chance to call for a punch every 2-3 punches on some1...
