Unfortunately the games don't cater for people that may have a disability, however there are plenty of free assisting software packages available to help with some aspect of doing day-to-day tasks on your PC/Mac. Windows has several built in functions such as a Narrator, a magnifying glass and an on-screen keyboard to help assist you, the cost to implement features into the games would be quite high and I'm not even sure if it's possible.
