placing hits

am I imagining this or is it now possible to place a hit on someone even if they are in the hospital?

 

That always has been the case.

 

You can always place hits on people if they´re in hospital, and you can also punch them... The only thing the hospital protects you from are direct attacks.

 

And if you have been killed, you canNOT be bountied, whipped, or otherwise attacked until you have healed.
