Hi all I came back with a new idea, and I wish i see people comments and votes. I've got a lot of ideas but I am not seeing any support by posting on my threads! I will check again with this idea and see what you think. This idea can also be on other games, I chooses PC because it is my main. Let me introduce the idea. Elite Captains got 5 slots, some are useful and some are not, only when we want to use them. My idea is to change the name of the Elite Captains and put in it place Perks. There should be the current positions and others in which we chose what we want. The perk can only hold 5 perks. There should be a button or a word "change" beside this once we click it, it shows us all perks allowed for us to be equipped. Currently we have the 5 original perks and here are some I thought that can also be considered as a perks and can be useful. Looter- allow us to have a better chance to loot items in adventures,battles,bosses,lottery,etc Helper- allow us to get 10% exp more when we help in challenges,adventures,etc (no world bosses) Doctor- increase our max health with 5% Energizer- increase our max energy with 5% Worker- increase our max stamina with 5% Tycoon- increase our income with 1% or 2% Brave- shorten the 4 hours to 3 hours in the world bosses Unnamed perks: reduce wait time for stamina by 2 seconds reduce wait time for energy by 5 seconds reduce wait time for health 5 seconds increase damage dealt out to bosses(not sure what a good persent on it would be) reduce wait time for energy boost by 1 hour reduce wait time for stam boost by 1 hour reduce wait time for bosses to 22 hours increase the number of gifts aloud to send (2x more) decrease wait time to be able to send 100(200 gifts if useing previous perk) more gifts by 4 hours(so reduse it down from 1 day to 20 hours until able to send 100 more gifts) decrease wait time to be able to assist adventures down to 20 hours decrease wait time to assist more challenges at full xp to 20 hours increase assist limit on how many adventures you are able to assist to 50(or 60) increase amount of challenge assists you can do before they go down to 1 xp.(so increase from 50 to 75 or 100) reduse cost for keys to challenges bu 1/4 or 1/10 of the time.(this would be mostly helpfull for people having to wait 4 hours for 1 key, also would not count twords weekend challenges or monthly challenges) decrease cost to buy items that you can buy with gold and not FP decrease cost to craft items by 50% a perk that bounty hunters would like alot decrease wait time to be able to see bounty apear by 1 or 2 second.(because i know that there is a delay to being able to see bounties after a while.) and there will be more to come i just have to think about what else that could potencially be a perk that is acceptable. reduce wait time for undead to 20 hours increase the amount of undead that you are capable of fighting within the 24 hours(20 if useing previous perk)by 5 or 10% reduce clan upkeep cost by 10%(only good if you actually have an upkeep) decrease wait time to be able to pistal whip again by 10 min.(so it would be you can pistal whip somebody every 50 min when perk is active) reduce cost to bounty ombody by 1% increase how fast you get your DG EX-adventure as of now you get 2200 per time it would increase to 2500(untill max) battle-win:as of now it is 300 increase it to 500 loss as of now 150 increase to 250 assist- as of now 200 increase to 250 boss as of now with 20 stam attack 2000 increase to 2500(not sure what the other ones do i only use 20 stam attacks) decrease bounty trap cost by 1% decrease counter attack cost by 1% reduse cost to heal by 25% or 50% increase the amount of cagematches you can do to a single person from 50 to 100(posibly more just depends on if kano agrees or not) increase the amount of times you can attack somebody from 5000 to either 6000, 7500 or jut double it to 10000 inrease the amount of stam you are capable of useing on REGULAR bosses only and NOT world bosses. meaning add another notch to the power attacks that allows you to use either 25 or 50 stam attacks while perk are active increase number of caps you can use in battle by 5 or 10(so that means 50 or 100 more weapons captains and either 5 or 10 more ships. again only able to do so when perk is active) That what I have for now, and I know that the names are so stupid lol, but i think KANO can handle this. You can suggest any other perks. To make it work properly, players can change the perks only once every 2 days and only 5 perks can be equipped. while active the additional stats do not count towards ANY achievements-meaning only your base stats will count towards your achievements. will be updated every time, so keep checking >>HERE<<.
only thing i dont agree with is the adding of energy/stam/health because if you are a person with 100000 health then you are getting another 25000 health bonus wich is really not right same goes with income you work so hard to get it(most of us) and just increasing it doesnt feel right either. but i agree with part so holding off voting. and for the part i agree with. getting a small amount of xp more for doing adventures/bosses/battles that would be awsome but have to be limited to how much more xp you get. the world boss one is unique to shortening the time by an hour seems alright with me considering the bosses still go into critical even if it is just a few minutes that would prevent that from happening for a while. then comes the more drops one i know many many people would favor that one and you could argue both ways on that about lower levels getting more items then they had but you could argue back saying but the higher levels now get an advantage in being able to craft more stronger wepons befor the lower levels. and liking the thought of being able to change what are elite captains do but i wouldnt change the name to perks because way to many games use that term i would keep it elite caps as it is.
My high stamina would love the worker boost. My high health would love the doctor boost. Looter would tie in with my stam and help me get a ridiculous amount out of bosses. Tycoon sure why not everyone wants more coin per 1hr/48mins/42mins(im every 42 mins). Last but not least the last one I would have is energizer even though I only got 1k energy as itll tie in with looter. Its way too overpowering when you consider what some high levels have.
EDITS: Changed the % for the Health-Energy-Stamina perks. Used a reasonable % for the income perk. Used a reasonable % for the helper perk. Players can change perks once every 2 days. Added perks suggested by "neill1990". Removed world bosses from the helper perk. Added Lots of perks suggested by "neil1990" COMMENTS: The Looter perk will help for bosses to get the items so we can craft Elite and Legendary items. I used the word perks because i think that it is more suitable, but names are not so important as the idea is. If you have got any perk/s idea post them here. CALCULATIONS: Health perk: Someone got max. health 100000 with this perk he will get 5000 health points. (REASONABLE) Energy perk: Someone got max. energy 3000 with this perk he will get 150 energy points. (REASONABLE) Stamina perk: Someone got max. Stamina 7500 with this perk he will get 375 stamina points. (REASONABLE) Income perk: Someone got income of 900,000,000,000 with this perk he will get 9,000,000,000 extra income. (REASONABLE) Looter perk: Someone got a total of 150 drops from a full boss with this perk he will get 200-250 drops. (REASONABLE) Helper perk: Someone help in challenges and get 2000 xp with this perk he will get 200 extra xp. (REASONABLE)
5% boost for stats seems fair to me. the percentage boost for income(1%) is good as well because it may not seem like it but one percent goes a long way when you start to actually real in alot of money. and the plus 10% for xp bonuses on helping challenges and adventures also seems like it would work and not disturb any balance in that game. the odds of getting a drop from bosses seems to be a 33% chance in my game and for the looter perk (if 33% is actually the percentage of getting a drop) should be increased to either 45 or 50% and for the times that you are aloud to change what ones you choose shouldnt be for every 12 hours becaus then people would most likly abuse it by having more xp until they assist 50 challenges and 30 adventures then switch it right when they are able to, to some thing else. so i think that should change to only able to change it to only being able switch them when you have no elete captains in at the time. so basically every 2 days so these are my thoughts on how the idea is looking so far
hey for the perk that lowers the time able to attack a world boss i have a question about it. does this lower the time to attack the world bosses when they go critical(final day of boss when you can attack every 15 mon.)because if it did that wouldnt be good because the boss you can already attack every 15 min and use 20 stam attacks. haveing even less time for that would make that perk over powered.
didn't think of that point, so i think 15 mins will be the same, maybe we won't face this problem once this perk will be there !
ih and one more thing for the helper perk you changed it alot from the top to the bottom and i think it was fine just giving a 10 persent xp boost. on everything exept on world bosses because you spend 5 stam and in my case i get 6000 xp and a 10 persent boost is 600 so almost a 600 aditional xp boost same goes for normal challenges. so i think that the helper perk would do just fine only taking effect on challenge assists adventure assists battles advetures and normal coop bosses.
This is def an interesting ( i shouldnt say "interesting"....Smack will be all over me...lol)idea. The actual numbers quoted really dont matter to me as they could be adjusted by Kano to be more realistic...but I think they are fine for examples sake to get your idea across. What Im having difficulty with is that if this idea worked the same as the current elite positions then it would basically be a full time thing as long as your "perk" positions remained full/occupied....At that point all these extra perks would be the same for everybody....isnt that the way it is already...just diff numbers? For example....if everbody has their "looter" perk position filled/occupied they will all get basically the same increase. Using the examples cited. Under the current system we all get on average 150 drops....under the suggested idea we would all get 250 drops....what would be the difference if its the same for everyone? I also dont understand how some of the other "perks would work. Take the health perk for example, the example cited is an extra 5k health. If i have my health perk position filled/occupied how often do i get that additional 5k health? once a day? every hour? as often as we currently regenerate health? I have the same question for the energy, stamina and income perks. I just dont know if this is a workable/realistic idea in its current form. To me it seems that some of the categories would just be more of the same that basically makes it a wash. I think I would like the idea more if some of the perk categories mentioned could be made available for purchase (whether fp/un, coin etc etc ) and have a limited life span. For example.... If I wanted to boost my drop ratio ....i could by a n "increase drop boost" for X amount of fp and have it boosted for X amount of time. Another suggestion rather than make them available for purchase would be to implement them in the same way daily boost or rewards are currently done, basically rewarding players for playing the game and they could be used in a more strategic manner.
i thought of a few more perks that you can add to your list. i also have the numbers for them to but not the names: reduce wait time for stam by 2 seconds reduce wait time for energy by 5 seconds reduce wait time for health 5 seconds and the last one you already have and that would be the reduce wait time for gold income and in rely to polish i guess you could use the word intrigued or something like that. but onto the real reply you are saying that in a way it is just the same as it is now but with slightly boosted numbers but that is only if everybody chooses to have the same ones. some people might want to keep there perks (elete caps) the same but others might change it so that they can have a boost of evergy and stam but keeps the reduced energy for adventures. do you know what i mean. and for the last part of my comment the 5 perks that i would have are 1. reduced energy required to do adventures 2.5% more stam 3. reduced world boss time between attacks 4. more xp for doing adventures, battles and all assists 5. increase health by 5% so these are the perks that i would choose would they be same for you guys or different?
ya got me there my man. I just reread the OP and apparently I missed the part of having to choose a limited number of these perks. I was under the impression all would be in play. Good call and TY! as for me I guess I will have to rethink a few things...lol

As far as the idea itself...Im still chewing on it...lol. I have a lot on my plate at the moment ...but I will def being thinking on it and rate it when ive formed a more solid opinion. Thanks.
so here is the last thing that i i forgot to post in my previous post. for the looter perk for how you get more boss drops while that is in use would that only be boss drops or will it have adventure drops to? same for battle drops or have that 2 seperate perks? on a side note- the perks that raise your stats(health, attack, defence ect.) while they are active and your stats are raised a little bit i strongly dont think that when raised those points go twards the achievments and a way that kano could put this is on the achievments for stats just put base right befor all of them so it says 5000 base attack or they could put it in the description of the perks saying "while active the additional stats do not count towards ANY achievements-meaning only your base stats will count towards your achievements" this would avoid confusion and people complaining and trying to find a loophole so they dont have to get there stats to a certain number to get the achievments. and if peole still complain they kano could just tell them to go and read the description of the perks to let them know

WOW really great job updated the topic with your perks, and i added one extra perk from my mind, (reduce wait time for bosses to 22 hours) remember:Kano may not add all, but for sure if the idea was successful they will add some or most... still waiting for more support for the idea...
