[ZS] outbreak helps

Outbreak helps are messed up. Outbreaks that are not full are giving the message
You are too late! This outbreak has been completed with the help of 20 Zombie Slayer. Be quicker next time!
Not all of them but at least 1/2

 

As an update. It looks like it was a grouping of a certain time frame of outbreaks. Newer ones work fine. Older ones still give the error.

 

Hey @AlterEgoT, we had some issues with some of the Helper actions in ZS yesterday as you noticed. This is all fixed up now, apologies for disruption.

There may be some older help requests that are under reporting helpers which this issue was active. Everything moving forward should be back to normal.
