The profile of the individual comes up by sliding over the individuals character on the second attack when the person is listed. You hit attack, then when the second attack window opens on the person, if you slide over the character, you are at their profile which you cannot attack from. Back to bounty .... and they are gone! This issue is similar to the one that was present about 2 weeks back with going over the character or new boxes underneath the character causing a switch to the profile of the person when battling a person.

The problem is still present on sliding over the characters when they are bountied and you get the second attack window. I have worked around it but it still happens if I am not "perfect" coming over left and down. Even then one miss and they are still listed, on crossing over back to the attack window, I will get the profile of the person. This is the exact same thing that happened in the battle page weeks back that you able to fix. I hope you can get on it soon, so we can all do our deeds as fast as possible. I got to beat Robert to the punch and hate just winging them ....
