Oh noooooo, I forgot to go to war first so it would show up identical. It took some really careful planning and letter placement to get it to show like that in the bounty feed.

To whom it is concerned , The past week or so was all in good fun and TOTALLY not personal in any way. I just wanted to come out of retirement for a little spell and mess around. I had this one planned for awhile. Thanks for all the laughs and it really was fun to change things up for a change. Happy gaming everyone! Now, if anyone knows the clanny that took the name GRIFF Please let them know I would like to trade out something for that name back so I can quietly go back into obscurity. Nice one Griffin and thanks to the King for notifying! Fun to se the old guard still messing around in the game and forum.

 

It really was just in fun but it ruffled a few feathers and that's all good for the game. I had fun and I am sure everyone enjoyed pounding on me for doing it. One thing that should come from this is that I don't think that we should be able to create a guild in the exact same name unless you own the original. Some folks thought that it was wrong and against TOU to change my name to resembling someone else. I kept my tauntings and chat pretty clean. As far as I know we don't have the rights to a name on here. If we did I would want GRIFF back for my character. Again, it was in good fun. Kano please consider locking the guild names to the original creators. This could cause mass confusion in the game. Thanks and Happy Gaming my friends!
