As I've mentioned in a few TGIF posts, we've been working diligently on upgrading our Player Support processes recently, and part of that will be moving to a new Player Support platform from the email-based platform we currently use. This new platform will require the creation of an account in order to submit a support ticket, however you will be able to connect through Facebook Connect if you have a Facebook account. Players who play more than one Kano Apps game will only need to create one account. One of the bonuses of the new platform will be an easily searchable knowledgebase that should have most of the necessary game information a player might need or have a question about. The knowledgebase won't require a log-in, so players just looking for information with needing to submit a ticket can do so quickly and easily. We don't have a definite date on when we'll be releasing this new Support platform, although it won't be until after the winter holidays. I'll keep you all posted on when we have more information available, and when we decide on a release date. We're very excited to roll this out, as we know this will help both the community and our Support Person by having easily accessible information and an efficient ticketing system. There will be a transition process as we move to the new system, and we appreciate your patience and understanding when we're going through the transition.
Is it just facebook... Is more than 1 account needed if you play on both networks????? Just tryin ta know everything since I tend to be a knowitall....
When you have issues and use this "Ticket Help Support" that you are describing, will you be able to attach files (screen shots) like in the past with the e-mails in order to show the issue?
@TP Good question! You will only need one account across all of our games and networks, because we're awesome. @Local You will absolutely be able to attach screenshots, and we encourage it!
