We take harassment accusations very seriously and do not condone or tolerate this kind of behaviour on our applications. Which is why in our application, if you are not friends then you can't send free text messages; you have to choose for the list of pre-approved choices. If the conversations took place through Facebook then you will have to go through their channels to report this matter. There are a few things that you can do to ensure that people are not able to contact you through Facebook unless they are friends. First off, remove them from your friends list and block them. If you go to your application section (located at the top right corner) and select privacy settings, you can change "send me a message" to "only friends" and that way if they are not a friend they can no longer contact you directly. In this area there are lots of other ways that you can increase your privacy settings so that this contact will not happen in the future.

Why quit the game because someone else calls you an alt? It's their problem to deal with not yours. Just block them on FB and keep playing your game.
Well maybe you just shouldn't send out threatening PMs via facebook to those who hitlisted and attacked you and threaten and abuse them, so maybe they'll be a lot more friendly to you
