The Napalm Launcher unlocks at level 440 but the shotgun does not unlock from Medellin till level 460
Thank for the heads up, we'll have a closer look at this. Surprised it has not come up in the past. Logical solution is to bump up the unlock on the Napalm Launcher to be the same as the Double Barrel Shotgun. Update: The unlock for the Napalm Launcher has now been increased to Level 460 to match the highest level required of the inputs to craft this.
