Can anyone tell me why VC is continually hanging up in MYSPACE? I'm aware that once KANO stated it was a MYSPACE issue, but I do not think this is correct.
Kinda hard to miss Lord Breakfield - KANO really needs to stop blaming MYSPACE and get this issue taken care of. I play other apps on MYSPACE and don't have this issue.
I assure you that this is a MySpace issue, the same issue that they fixed June 1st and June 18th. I have sent an email to the contact that we have communicated with on the 2 previous issues. MySpace and Facebook use the same back-end servers on our side, there are no connectivity issues when directly hitting our servers. On Facebook players connect directly to our servers, on MySpace information is routed through their proxy servers to provide authentication. There appears to be some MySpace proxy servers that are having connectivity issues, that report a 500 Timed Out request / Internal Error after 2-seconds. The other apps that you play may not use MySpace's proxy servers but may connect directly to the developers servers, there are a few, the reason why we did not develop apps like that was due to the limited feature set when connecting to MySpace. Other apps that connect through MySpace proxy servers are having issues like ours, that has been confirmed.
