missing skill points

Hello, my name is Lance Sleeper... also known as sleepnier666 on Viking Clan!.
On 5/29/2010 I sent you guys an email regarding my skill points that I did not receive (and would like to receive) for reaching an income of 5 billion coins, although I did get a check mark for completing that achievement. If you could please look into this matter so I could receive my skill points, I would be greatly appreciative. Thanks for your time. Lance (sleepnier666) Sleeper

 

there seems to be a problem with missing skill points from leveling and achievements.is it a bug or is it true someone has hacked the server ?
what is being done to fix the problem or ban the miscreants ?

 

Sometimes the skill points won't show up on screen at the top right corner under your player EXP bar. Click on your in-game profile picture. Your Skill points should appear there. However sometimes a glitch may occur.. If you find this has happened to you please contact Support via this link: http://kanoapps.com/index.php/contact/8-game-support/3-viking-clan
