Missing my added clan members or won't add

It says that they are added, but they dont show as such clan, even after I tried to add, they just refuse to go.

Anyone else have this problem?

 

are you at 1000 friends yet?

if so,then any extra will not count toward your total but are always good to have a couple extras for some just in case moments.

 

You are only allowed 1000 friends and 1000 hired Captains.

Click on (Captains XXXX) then click on 'Captain Tips' a popup should come up.
If you have 1000 friends the message will say;
You have reached the maximum of 1000 friends in your clan. You can earn an additional XXXX Hired Captains from Davy Jones.

If you have not reached 1000 friends the message will say:
You may add XXXX friends as Captains and get up to XXXX Hired Captains from Davy Jones. If you have maxed out your Captains, after level 75 every subsequent level up your max increases by 2.
The maximum cap is set at 1000 friends and 1000 Hired Captains.​
