I know what I bought. Also Items purchased with loyalty points - same thing. To top it off, I log in today to find my Skill points have now gone. Pretty pointless contacting support when Cara just looks at whats in front of her and says the computers right. Look at the quote - The damned computer is "NOT" right....Every time you update or add material to the game some other part seems to suffer from it. DILLIGAF.
Tom, I looked into your account and showed you the calculations and the report of what you purchased. This particular connectivity issues effected a few players game Stats. There was a fixed released and it has since been adjusted back to the proper number. This didn't effect your account or the areas that you are concerned about.
