What exactly is so posed to happen? I clicked the link and all it did was refer me to the home page in Mob Wars. Should i have something in messages?
There should be a small pop-up that says "Ottimo! Your loyalty has earned you: X Energy". Chances are you received it and closed the window before you noticed. If you feel like you didn't get your Loyalty reward properly, please write into Support and they'll check for you.
