Ok, so I'm around L850. I've notice a change from my normal leveling of beating other clans over the head for their XP. Typically, I geared toward having a large pool of stamina and energy to gain big benefits from daily rewards and energy boosts. The stamina was typically spent on battles.

What I am noticing is that there are fewer and fewer clans to beat on as I level up more. Does this continue to get worse as we level?

Big question, how are people leveling most efficiently post 1000+? I'm looking for specifics like, "I level by killing bosses with XXXXXHP and XXXXXAtk Power."

Currently, I have invested near nothing into attack power. Health is around 10k, stam at 1500, energy at 1000. Help me pick stats for the long haul and general strat if I should going for quests, battles, bosses or a mix of any of those 3.

the best way to level up is still by beating other clans, however, if you don't have enough chieftains, maybe you should try battling bosses ( yours and others). energy shouldn't be over 1000, that's the achievement.

  3. There are typically two methods players use to level once the fight list runs dry.

The first is to find a sparring partner, basically you find one of your clan members close to you in strength and agree to declan each other and attack each other til you run out of stamina or reach the 5000 attack cap. Occasionally you can find some true enemies that will fight you for long drawn out periods of time (as I did) but most people just fight their friends. This is really the best method for leveling between level 1000-2000 since odds are you wont have enough stamina to level solely by blasting bosses right after the fight list dries up, and this is also the most stamina efficient way to level, also it won't cost you any real $$$ if you have enough stamina (2000 or more at least) even after the XP jumps. The downside is after the XP required to level jumps at lv 2500 and 3000 it is very time consuming.

The second method to level is by blasting bosses. Personally I would recommend at least 2000 stamina before trying to level this way. Otherwise you will find yourself having to buy stamina refills with real $$$. With enough stamina you can reduce the cost of refills and prior to the lv 2500 jump even level endlessly for free, provided you have tons of free time with nothing better to do. You also want to pick out bosses that are appropriate for your strength. Low level bosses have damage limited by their health so they give terrible experience for powerful players, whereas strong bosses give terrible experience to less strong players. It's really just a trial and error process to find which ones are optimum for your character. I would advise targeting passage keepers, lobsters and weaker minotaurs initially. The downside to this method is that it requires a LOT of stamina, health and attack power, and if your aim is to level for free or close to it. Because of this your defense and energy will suck, and if you have a lot of enemies you will find yourself getting attacked endlessly and easily killed. Also you will be the person who feeds the "parasites" and "tyndalls" that everyone hates.

Some mix of the aforementioned 2 methods will usually work to get you through the high levels, just find whatever works for you and go with it.

  4. what about the 1850 exp jump???

    dont forget that lol

  5. If you are properly prepared (tons of stamina and/or some solid leveling partners) that jump can be overcome.

  6. yes

ideal speed level build(if done right)

    is LOTS of

STAMINA,attack, health(might be able to switch health and attack around but stam is critical)

    true def will suck

    however low def

means whoever attacks get $hit for exp

unless they have next to no attack

for energy i would find out what highest adven cost for energy

and get your energy just high enough to get that one done 3x when leveling

    just my 2 cents

Thanks for all the good advice.

I haven't tried the sparing partners, but I have had a little luck finding one or two people that stayed online all night going back and forth and actually leveling at the same rate as me. That helped a lot!

I'll next give boss killing a good try since I have lots to assist from clan and they provide lots of drops as well.
