[LCN] Leaving LCN

I'm leaving LCN and VC because of the gifting issue. It has not been resolved and until I find out that it is, I won't play.

In order to play a game, one has to enjoy it. What used to take about 30 seconds now takes me 5 minutes with the drop box on every player and now it's with mobsters I've had like since the beginning and also friends on FB. I stated in another thread that I would give 30 days for it to be resolved since this issue is some 7 months old.

IF NO ONE CARES ABOUT THIS ISSUE, THEN I DON'T CARE TO PLAY LCN OR VC. I FIND NO ENJOYMENT IN A GAME WHERE I HAVE TO PRESS THE ENTER KEY FOR EVERY GIFT I SEND AFTER I RECEIVE IT.

Don't send gift's then or use kanoplay, yes it's a PIA, but if ya wanna quit go for it.

 

I won't even dignify that with an answer. Simple people make simple remarks!

 

Using Kanoplay makes gifting very easy, takes no time at all.

 

Level 3200 and I don't bother gifting.

If the game isn't worth playing without gifting and it isn't worth 5 minutes of your time a day, gifting... Quit.

 

Seems a bit excessive to leave over 5 mins a day but if it's such a hardship... why not just stop gifting?

 

Sometimes the most simple answer is the hardest to come up with.

 

Hey Hotdog man! There is always going to be drawbacks in any game you play. Don´t quit just over this small issue. We would miss your witty remarks in chat.

 

I must agree. If the game gives me problems, I don't worry about it until the next day. If I can't send gifts to anyone one day, no big deal. I do what I can when I can, the player base seems to be pretty good about letting Kano know about major issues so that they can be resolved.

 

Gifting is the biggest issue that you have with these games? An extra five minutes and you are ready to quit. wow. Hundreds of threads and millions of complaints about everything from higher levels feeling cheated with new items and RAIDS and non-spenders feeling the game is unfair to them compared to spenders, spenders who feel they are not getting enough value for their dollar, people feeling that new cities are way over due, people who think RAIDS have ruined the game, people who think War mode is boring and syndicate wars favors spenders with refills, and I could go on and on with a list of "views" and different "opinions" but you want to quit over an extra five minutes for something that as a higher level won't even matter unless Kano does something better with the crafting. HAHAHAHA Simply classic!

 

It seems a little exaggerated... Are you sure there's not another problem? Maybe you just all the fun you had? What is your syndicate? The teammates you have can change totally the fun you have (or not) in the game

 

Mmmmh, have you tried Kanoplay? Imo it's the best advice someone can give regarding to the gifting issues.

There is no Facebook confirmation window popping up after every gift. And if you send gifts using the "captain alerts" tab and Jades' tip in another thread ...

... you can send 100 gift in one or two minutes.

 

Use Kano play.

It´s not Burgerking, so you can not "have it your way". Would be impossible to meet the individual wishes of every single player. Threatening to quit because there is a small part of the game that disagrees with you is a rather weak move. Think of why you have played to beginn with and why you have played it so long. Fact is...you like the game. In the forum, one can always post suggestions, or make complaints. But, if you are planning on quitting, just quit. We can and will play without you.

 

yes. the gifts are very annoying, but it's the least important part of the game. if i don't have time to send any, i don't worry about it.
