Though it might be a good idea to deconstruct some of my unused powershields for Power Armors... Turns out Reverse blueprints are not working. Investigated further-- Not working form Rio de Janeiro through at least Havana (my current city.) They are listed, but no crowbar to deconstruct listed on the build plan - just the build items.
If you're not using some of the power shields, there's no real need to deconstruct them unless they are making you weaker, which i doubt they are, i also am in havana at the moment and none of my inventory i'm not using is making any difference whatsoever to my total strengths.
Hey Seth, we're mob, in fact we're Familia... I'm no longer using any Power Shields for defense. I was when I constructed them... which is why I want to deconstruct them and use the common component (Deepdiver Helm) to construct power Armor which I would still use. So enough about why I want to make the change. My point is reverse blueprints work past Rio De Janeiro for any item.
Only Elite and Optimal Boss drop items can be reverse crafted, which is why the option is not there for Power Shields.
