Pretty sure the Ape thing won by a landslide. Extremely poor form to not accept that. Despite asking everyone in LCN to vote for the 2nd placed.
Wow, it's a shame that it became that complicated. Players were really bending the rules to sway the results one way or the other? (maybe that's an indicator of issues in game, but that's another topic...) Why don't you just declare them both winners? Wouldn't that be the easiest way to resolve things? Instead of picking one over the other? I guess we won't be seeing this type of thing again soon. Thanks, everyone... you know what they say, it only takes one rotten apple...
They may have been legit players, and asking our friends to vote isn't a bad idea...generates more activity here! I could've asked my guildmates to vote for my item, but was lazy. Goes back to these games as being a 'social' game.
