Latency and Chat Issues Jan 19

Hey all,

As you've probably experienced, we're seeing higher than normal latency in the Mob Wars: LCN and issues with the World Chat. We've identified a possible cause and our team is working on sorting it out.

Apologies for the interruption to the goings-on in the game. If you've experienced any ill-effects due to the latency, please let us know in Support with a summary of what happened and we'll get you sorted.

Updates as they happen, thread will be closed so said updates don't get buried.

 

Update:

Things look to be getting back to normal, but we will still be monitoring the servers and the Chat to make sure nothing else goes awry. We appreciate your patience while we work on this and I'll update further if there is any more news.
