Hi everybody, We've received word from Kongregate that specific accounts are having trouble connecting on that network. This isn't a wide-spread issues and is only affecting a select number of accounts, but we just wanted to let you know that Kongregate are aware of the issue and they are looking into it! I have a huge issue. Access to your game has been disabled Your account has been temporarily disabled for 5 days as a result of irregular or suspicious activity logged to your game. Common reasons why accounts are disabled: Sending messages that are abusive or harassing other players Using automated player aid such as scripts or bots to gain an unfair advantage Using more than one account Considering I didn't break any rules I don't think I should've been banned. Although the real problem lies within support. Sorry about the delay, but unfortunately the only thing to do now is wait. Since it was a three-day weekend up here in Canada, Support is a little backed up, but they will get to your ticket soon!
Ok, so is there any reason that I submitted 2 tickets that day, but only one of them got looked at? One was a continuation of an earlier ticket, and the other was about my account getting banned. I had the non important one looked at yesterday, but for some reason the other didn't even get touched.
