We know that bot and alternate accounts are unfair to those loyal players who love our games, so to fix this we've investigated and frozen many fake and cheating accounts, and we'll continue to do so. We care about our games and players, and will continue our efforts in keeping the games fun, fair and balanced. Please refrain from posting suspected accounts on the Forum, instead send a message into support and we can investigate further. Thanks!
Cara, I have sent a message to support, and followed support's advice. I am sending another message to support, as nothing has changed. But here is a question.......if players have Hi5 and facebook accounts, and they get to move the hi 5 account to facebook, won't they have two accounts then????????
No one account for each platform , my space , FB and HI5 (which not longer supports kano apps) they do not interact with one another.
As per our terms of service, you are only allowed to have one account. When transferred, that possibility was taken into consideration. If you suspect that players have more than one account, send a message into support so that we can investigate further.
