delete all the threads....no worris you have a responsibility to the playing and indeed PAYING public to rid the game of CHEATERS ALTS AND BOTS COMMING back saying .....send to support when you snowed under..... really ..its time you addressed it correctly OPEN A PAGE....LET THE NAMES BE SENT AND SEEN AS THOSE THAT BELIVE THEY ARE INVINCIBLE FROM REPROACH YOU CANT EXPECT PEOPLE...to pay to play when CHEATERS ...BOTS AND ALTS are the currency you admire ITS TIME ....to do something ....and FAST your hemmoraging the paying players.... they dont like what they see.........a product thats only intrested in cash....not the integrity of the game
I must be simple, as don’t get why this is not acted one- surly its - IF YOU CHEAT YOU MUST GO , really don't see the problem. If you have an alt, the alt and you are banned. If you have a bot you are banned. I thought that was the rule so please enforce it.
The problem is this. The ALTS have been banned. The MAIN has stayed. Kano should ban all of them. If you cheat. Then you must be banned.
We have a process for investigating user suspicion of players that violate our terms of use agreement. 1. Any player can forward on a suspicion to support which we will investigate. 2. You may receive an email acknowledging that we have received your e-mail but we do not follow-up on what, if any action was taken for reported suspicions. Threads that have been deleted appeared to be calling out players directly and did not appear to be leading to any useful discussion.
