They usually announce on the forums 3 days before it starts and in the game for players to join up. So just keep a look out for it to join. Since pirate clan just finished with there arena. It should be viking next is how there going down the line i believe.
Ya, i was thinking it was gonna be after the pirate clan one, im thinking it might be this weekend, but i was just asking around to make sure.
