We're extremely excited to announce that we are now rolling out our new Support system! From now on, all in-game Support links will direct to our new system. You can still access the old contact form through the forum links, although we will be phasing those out soon.

Because the new system is more complex than our old system, I wanted to provide a quick primer on how to get started.

The first thing you'll notice when you hit the new support page is a search bar for the Knowledgebase. The knowledgebase is a great resource that players now have access to. If you have a question or an issue, do a quick search through the Knowledgebase, which contains a lot of the commonly-asked support questions. You can also find frequently asked questions in the FAQ tab.

If you don't find what you're looking for in either of those places, you can submit a ticket. You will need to sign up for a support account in order to submit a ticket, however doing so is easy, and you only need to make one account for support across all of our games. Players who have a Facebook account can also connect using FB connect, making sign-up even easier.

Once you've signed up, you can submit a ticket by clicking on the "Submit a Ticket" tab.

This new system will help streamline our Support Process, and we're very excited to get it going. If you have any Support Requests, please send them through the new system so we can get players switched over as quickly as possible.

If you have any questions about how to use the system, please post them below.

oh its a support account.....im sure that having a game account and support account is not against the terms of use

so again why do we need two accounts again?

If the question is why do you need a Forum and a Support account the answer is because they do not share the same authentication database and they could not be shared.
