In My Opinion

The time to refill energy should be lowered to one minute. And the energy usage for jobs should be no higher than 10. that's just my opinion.

 

As you get achievements, and pick certain characters the times can then be faster.

 

Achievements and different characters will allow you to decrease your Energy regeneration timer. Also try asking your Mob for boosts if you haven't already, and keep an eye out for the weekly Bonus Boosts here on the forums. Thanks for the feedback.
