I'm confused.

  1. I thought there were experience ranges in place to prevent higher level players from picking on the lower level players.

Of course, if a lower level player attacks the higher, then he/she is open to retaliatory attacks. That's fine.

So can anyone tell me how this player manages to bounty me when I haven't attacked him, pistol whipped him or placed him on the bounty board at all in the past 24 hours?

  2. once your level 300 even the highest levels can list you

but they cant straight out attack you

  3. Seems fair, I guess.

Level 2800+ with a 3+ trillion bounty, and a bounty trap of over 1 trillion.

So the point of this game is to leave the lower levels literally defenseless eh?

That guy is soooo frustrating! He bounties players all the time.
