How would I go about reporting a certain user on the forums.

There is nothing about his gaming account, but I would very much like to report his actions on the forums and request his immediate removal.

 

I believe it would still go thru support. or maybe a PM to wonderbread.

I've actually tried support. It tells me I need to pick a game so forums are out.

 

You can just put any network then under game, pick the forum.

Alternatively you can message any of the mods and they will leave a message with the dev's for you.

God of Bacon just find any post on here by wonderbread he has been commenting on a lot of them lately. Or use the search feature and find him that way. Private message him in the forums to his inbox and he will respond to you when he gets a chance.

If somebody makes too many false claims, can we request Kano give a perma ban to the offender?

 

You can write to Kano , but requesting someone banned ?? that is up to kano. You can also write to one of us and we can check the post and bring Kano's attention to it .

 

Now heres something I can totally climb on board with and have actually mentioned it myself a long time ago.

We hear time and time again how Kano doesnt have the resources to do this that and the other and how flooded support is. Lets help ease the burden on the support staff and Kanos resources and start penalizing players who feel the need to waste Kanos time, which in return lessens our gaming experience. Start nailing the players that flood support with one petty complaint or unfounded accusation after another.

 

I believe the OP was asking about reporting someone in the Forums, although I very much appreciate the sentiments regarding specific players who are a drain on Support resources. We absolutely take intent into account, and deal with players intending to waste our time accordingly.
