How do I promote a member of my Syndicate to an Officer slot

If you are the Syndicate Leader try the following. And I am assuming you are playing on Desktop and not Mobile. If not let me know but the steps will be fairly similar.

1. Navigate to your Syndicate profile page
2. In the upper right should be an 'Edit' button. Click this
3. Down near the bottom is an Officers section. From the dropdown(s) pick a Syndicate member you would like to promote to Officer
4. When you are done making changes click on the 'Save Changes' button

Voila! You now have set an Officer to your Syndicate.
