The final blow deals you your remaining health. Since the hitlist ignores the hospital, you can be attacked while having very low health, in this case, 410. You normally would take more than 410, but you took 410 since it's what you had remaining.
Thanks for the answer, Ace. It makes sense. So if he would have exceeded the amount of damage I did defending myself, then I lose, but I only had 410 health and the game subtracted just that amount.
