Hi guys...anyone around at Kano this weekend ??? I sent support info and a request for help for a guild member who had her FB account hacked and cant get onto her VC account...Her hacked account not only affects her it affects the whole guild as we are in the Guild Wars...and points are holding but she can not add to her points for the season remaining...uuugghhh
Hey LaScepter it is the weekend and they are on and off constantly. Most i can do for you right now is send it up to them and put this into support. But the player themselves needs to send all the information to kano. They have to confirm its that players account before they can do anything to help.
Thanks Jon...yes when we sent to support we included all her info for them ...This happened to my Sis about 2yrs ago...and we were able to regain her orig. account...hoping we can help this one too !
