I run a guild and talk stuff through with my other three officers. It is a real pain to have to cut and past things around between us to have a conversation. I know that officers may come and go from time to time, but would it be possible to have a chat room of some kind that when you have things to talk about, those who are active as officers can chat guild business together? At the moment the only way of doing it is either publicly on the guild noticeboard for all to see or one to one rather than four of you at the same time. It makes any conversation really slow like that as you talk to one but three others cannot see what is happening so cannot join in.
