I want to buy 50 UN credits with my master card,but they request me to write the "cardholder's first name" and next field the same thing but translated in my language(why twice ?)...i wrote the same first name and after i click "purchase" -> "error,the transaction could't done" something like this i tell you that i use this card every week with other things and i didn't saw any problems please help me
your problem isnt with kano its with either A)your bank B)the method of whoever your using(social gold,paypal etc etc) thats a error on there end not kanos
