As I'm sure you have all noticed the games are currently down. We are looking into the cause and I will update this thread when I have more information.

Instead of Canada - we should march on Ashburn, VA where the servers are, set up a mass user wi-fi, & play straight from the servers.
The games should be coming back up. We'll continue to monitor the situation. Sorry for the inconvenience, and I'll be talking with the team tomorrow morning about what we can do about this and what the cause was and what we can do to prevent it from happening again in the future.

If it is of any help Mitch, I did a tracert to kanoplay.com (50.19.120.203). It timed out after hitting Amazon.com's IP of 72.21.222.147. That's coming from here in NE Ohio. ADDENDUM: I've done 5 tracert & have come up with 5 different Amazon IPs as end time outs - so everyone seems to be scrambling to find a solution if they have done this many reroutes.
Pirate Clan Armor has been out for an hour now, & still hasn't returned. It's the only game I play, so please keep trying!!!!
My announcement was somewhat premature. The games are going up and down intermittently now, so while they may be up for some the playability will be less than optimal. Updates as they come.
