No, this is the same one everyone gets, we just also send it as a Facebook notification (in addition to forum posts, emails, etc., can't miss it). If you still have the notification in your feed, could you PM me the link it sent you to and I'll take a look?
We had a reward that was available from Sept 7 10am through Sept 10th 10am so that is likely the link that you clicked. Expired links won't give you feedback as to why it didn't work as you have noted. There is a new reward live right now so check the News in game and you will be able to collect it.
