Unfortuantely they cannot reveal the identities unless the players choose to. We have asked this in the past also. But from the developers stand point if players found out who was in the bottom of the arena they can annoy them in regular game play in some sort of fashion possibly causing them to lose there spot in the arena. Even though if your n the arena and your in the hospital in the regular game play version no one can mess with you unless they bounty you. So i do not see the conflict either and still would like to see the bottom 3 when they get there.
