FB VC riding the bounty list

I was listed quite a few times today, and was actually able to heal quicker more than usual. I saw few as well that never ride the list and were able 2 as well? Glitch or change, and don't say less hunters were on at the period of time, because was 3hrs noticed this occurring.

everythings been normal on FB/ZS, may be a glitch on VC...
