Someone should talk to FaceBook about friend request banning.......I bought credits for both Pirate and Viking clans and than 2 friend requests later I was banned from requesting friends for 14 days....If you guys wanna make any money on the website for the priveledges offered than someone better have a chat with one of the idiots there... This is twice now for me and there's no reason for it. I will never buy anymore credits for these apps on facebook.....Love the game but can't handle the facebook BS
Hi Mike unfortunately this doesn't have anything to do with KANO/APPS, I know it may seem that way but Kano does not govern facebook and the only communication they have is a developers forum, which is very well known for bad support from Facebook. Facebook have imposed limits to the amount of friend requests you can send in a day, and if this is exceeded, then you can be banned from sending them for up to 7 days. However, If you'd be so kind to PM me your Facebook Profile, I can send you some friend suggestions to help you get your clan up. Because I think there are no rules on the amount of friend suggestions you can accept. Cheers.
the weird thing is this. i was banned for adding friends for 7 days. the ban expired, i didnt add anyone, then today i wanted to add a friend of mine and got banned for another 14 days. this is clearly BS from fb. i'm really starting to regret i came to Facebook and not MySpace...

I had a feeling the high5 transfer players would have issues with this. Let me say this: 1... Suggestions will get people banned too. When you send friend suggestions both people will receive an "ADD" in their notifications. What this means is the person you are sending suggestions for will have the option to go through their notifications and "ADD" everyone they were suggested (this will get you a facebook banning). The proper thing to do is to wait for each of the people who were suggested to send you the friend request and you "CONFIRM" the friend request (there is no limit on how many friend request you can "CONFIRM"). Think about it like this... The suggested person may have 100 "ADD's" in their notifications where as the people you are suggesting him/her to will each only have 1 "ADD" In short... DO NOT CLICK "ADD" / ONLY CLICK "CONFIRM" 2. MY_____ is a crap platform. If you are running an older operating system such as Windows XP, MY______ will lag your system down so bad that it may take up to 2 minutes to load the sign-in page, get signed in, load your profile, and get to whatever application you are playing. When they changed form "MYSPACE" to "MY______" (beta 3), they screwed things all up for ppl with older computers. Besides the major problem said above MYSPACE is also full of alt accounts. I don't know about Kano App.'s specifically on MYSPACE (I din't play any Kano App's on MYSPACE) but MYSPACE itself is full of alts so I can only assume Kano App's on MYSPACE is as well. You can created 2-4 new MYSPACE accounts in 24 hours before their systems flag you I.P. and even than they only remove the acct.s you created in that 24hr period. To wrap it up: Facebook is the place to play for honest, single account, non-bot using players... Just be careful how many times you click the ADD button lol
Midnight Special is correct. You can still get pop by the facebook police for even trying to accept suggestions. The best thing to do is wait until the other party confirms it themselves. It will save you headaches in the long run. Easiest way to add more players in facebook games because of the restricitions they have sometimes. 1. Use the Kano forum Add me thread. 2. Look for Add me sites on facebook that were created to help people find others who play kano's games. Usually just putting in the name of the game and add me in the facebook search box will usually generate some of them. 3. The Calenders world bosses and anything else Kano puts up you will see under these challenges or world bosses little white boxes that you can add players there and drop your name in it. Also the world chat but do not spam these things sometimes others will not add spammers you will become annoying to them if you do that. 4. And last but not least when you do add people and your the adder easiest way to make sure you do not get banned. Send them a message first if you can and tell them the reasoning you want to add them. After they read your message they can add you this way you never have to try to add the player they will do it for you sending the request after reading your message. After i started doing it that way not once did the facebook police ever catch me again on adding players. 4.
I know Jon, your advice is highly appreciated. I dont have the "mob issue" anymore. i already got my 1000 players. (thats why i think i got banned in the first place) Now with my mob full, i just wanted to add a girl i was with last night and BOOM! they flagged me lol 14 days now FFS
