E-mail confirmation issue

    I am having problems confirming my e-mail adress, I keep getting the message saying mail etc from Kano is not getting delivered (can`t remember the exact message), I have tried the same adress a couple of times, not working, tried a new one and the message pops up again after about 2 weeks, this happens in VC, PC, Zombie and Mob LCN, which are the games I play, I have tried contacting Kano by mail, but obviously they can`t send a reply, or are not able to help, any ideas what is happening and how to solve it, I use Gmail, if it`s of any interest ?

    I had the very same issue... i enclosed the link to the thread for you... mine fixed its self after many tries...if all else fails...send a support ticket...ohh...you may have to look in your spam folder or any other mail folders for your inbox on Gmail....mine never go to the same folder i set it for...there is a search bar at the top if you dont want to go thru pages of mail...just type in Kano Support and hit enter...it will show you all Kano mail...hope this helps... :rolleyes::D

    I think I remember having this problem at one point in time. Once you change the email address in game, you have to log into your email and click on the link Kano sends you to "activate" it. If you don't do that, it won't update.

    Thank you, read trough the thread, the problem is I have been getting the confirmation link for the games, and clicked them, sorry I didn`t mention this, I totally forgot. Despite having clicked the links I get this message after a few weeks, what makes the whole issue weird is that I have recieved several mails from Kano, but not from support, I have gotten 1 newsletter, then it all stopped, I have looked trough all my folders of course to be sure the problem wasn`t on my end when I asked for help.

    Yeah I'd say you need to send a support ticket.....:eek:
