I have noticed that when you 'hide offers' on main page on lcn that the drop down menu with job assists and challenge assists etc becomes locked. Not sure if this is an intended thing or not. I am rather new at forums so this might be well known already and I am just unaware. fyi...
We're aware of this issue but our developers haven't been able to nail it down yet. If you hide the Offers tab you can still use the drop down menus, you just have to click exactly on the black arrow in the box as opposed to anywhere in the box itself. Thanks for the report!
