When doing a Raid sometimes we have to open it up to public especially if it is a second or third raid in a row. Since people might join that are not in our family it would be Awesome to have a preset message in the drop down stating "need more damage in my Raid" we can send them. Option #2 be able to delete members of Raid that are not doing damage so can fill with active players
