I'd like the ability to disable and enable my extra hired squad. There are a few regular rivals I have where I'm dropping 14(probably gonna raise to 15 within the week) Top squad to be able to straight kill them from full health. Sooner or later I'm still gonna be doing too much damage while dropping all of my top squad. Sometime you need to have a softer hit to kill some of your enemies. Also it would help with xp. Making yourself weaker and getting a closer fight will get you a bit of extra xp.
