I have posted many tickets that all say resolved, nothing changed how has anything resolved? I know players dont get to know outcomes but sometimes there can only be 1 or 2 outcomes.
Hey George, If a ticket is a report of a possible violation of the Terms of Use, Support often doesn't respond directly. When the ticket has been viewed and the issue is under investigation, the Ticket is marked as "Report Received" and because no further responses are expected they are categorized as "Resolved." You can add information to existing tickets or view Support replies by going to "View Tickets" and clicking on the the title of the ticket to open it up.
