As of right now on all games in the Outbreak and Challenge help the player AND the help link are coded in the same color. It would be easier on are eyes & make it easier to see who needs help & who was already taken care of. I know after clicking the help link it turns white; but like with Zombie Slayer the Player & help links are Yellow, it can sometimes hard to see the help link as it kinda blurs in with the player name. Also, another good color change would be under the Boss help to have the color of Attack and the color of Collect be different colors. This is a rather simple change for a programmer (I do IT work myself and know how easy this would be). This would be a rather small change that would make the games easier to navigate.
This idea is actually in another thread here: http://forums.kanoapps.com/threads/color-coding.14714/ Color coding was pitched to the developers, but our user interface designers wanted to make something a bit cleaner so each link will have a different icon associated with it.
i sort these through the feed filters. i find that easiest. but if the different help requests are color coded, that's fine for me.
I agree. For those that don't use the feed filters (which I find easiest), color coding the help links could help quite a bit.
i don't really have a need for this, but i see where it could help and should be something relatively easy to implement?
i say go for it, how difficult would it be just to make the actual links a different color from the igns?
