The chat page is not loading up, I talked to another player who lives only an hour's drive from me, and his chat page seems fine... also, when I give gifts and such, a box keeps appearing, stating that I want to not see this message, but it always reappears. {Don't ask again before sending requests to [player's name] from this app.}
Send a ticket to support , so they can look and see what is going on give them your link and what network
Support has done diddly squat about the situation, I even gave them a screenshot, yet there has been no reply whatsoever... I have even used different browsers, cleaned up all irrelevant apps and history, changed my facebook password and refreshed a myriad of times...there's definitely something wrong with LCN's server.
What exactly do you mean by "not loading up"? Is it the chat box appears, but don't see any comments or what? Also, not sure if you keep updating a ticket (which will drop it to bottom of list, if do so)
I have been commenting every day since the 13th, no replies as of late... The chatbox appears, but there are no comments and the top buttons are frozen.
There are two problems with the game on my end... 1) Chat won't load up... 2) The annoying pop-up request boxes keep appearing.
well the pop happens most of the time, that is annoying but not something wrong, did you send a ticket to support about your chat box I believe kano told you to do that, in post # 3 and post # 5 they always reply , check your junk mail

I just got this reply... Just as a heads up, when you respond every day to a ticket after your initial reply it gets shifted to the bottom of the queue, not the top. Our ticket system handles them based off of 'last activity' so those with the oldest tickets get handled first. Each time you respond the ticket is pushed further down the queue of responses.
Yes that is correct, responding to it before they even answer does push it down they also do not work weekends and holidays, and there are 4 games and 4 platforms so the tickets get answered in order of when they come in, , I did not realize you were responding to your original ticket, so don't anymore You can respond once they answer you, I am curious what platform are you playing on, I am on Fb and no chat problems in 4 games , sure once in a blue moon it goes wonky but it usually straightens out after a short while.
This "issue" of the chat box not working just happened to me yesterday. I wonder if upgrading to OS Sierra would have anything to do with it? When I open up the Chat Box, all it says is "Chat is Connecting"
We do suspect it may have something to do with macOS Sierra. Anyone else in this thread update to that recently on their Mac?

Am having a few problems - keep getting dark screen and struggling to open messages and some links - am refreshing constantly - cleared all caches and history - any ideas please - I play mostly on i pad and a friend is getting the same problem - started yesterday
