   I am using Chrome and/or Opera. It only loaded under a firefox based browser for me but that browser was not compatible with so many other things that I uninstalled it. Now I can't get into chat. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a solution? Tyvm.

   try clearing cache since I had that problem till Clean on cache and temp files
