Can you buy past featured items?

I noticed every now and again you can buy an item besides the 3 featured items you see at the home page. (when you click on profile, click load items and on the list there is the item thats featured and sometimes a second item) I was wondering if there are links out there to buy past items?

well, the "discounted" items are usually older items from the past, but keep in mind discounted price = discounted stats
