Can not attack a guy on hit list because...I attacked him too much :)

This is a message that pops up either while I was fighting this person on the hit list or after the hit listing.

Therefore, I cannot attack him at all. This is what he done to me after the hit listing was over.

He is a Level 1500 something been placed on the hit list like three times in a row and was on the hit list the night or morning before that I seen and is very strong. I attacked him on the hit list in total like 40 times and I almost won, I would assume I attacked a lot because I’m so low ranked have little health.
After clicking into his hit list button.

It appears that, he will be hit listed once again, I am not going to be able to attack him? I have won $120 billion and I have won money like this several times. That is CAKE in this game and I need that money to procure weapons and property, use it for ambushes, and hit listing people my level.
I have seen these types of messages several times in Zombie Slayer; a big dude placed on the hit list and stays up there for an hour. You might attack him for a long while and that orange messages pops up saying the XP has ran out on this player move on and it feels like are not attacking at full strength after that messages pops up. It's annoying to see that xp message pop up as while someone is on the hit list.

 

yes hitlist attacks count as regular attacks toward your 40... there's no limit on hitlist attacks though

 

Yah if some one puts him on the hitlist while you beat him up 41 times you can not attack him.
