On my inventory pages it lists older limited items Ive purchased and how many I have of each. It also gives me the option to remove them. It also displays that some of them are now on sale for 23 FP and the original price of 25FP. Is this some type of buy back option for obsolete limited items? If so....COOL! If not.....its very misleading as the the sale price is located immediately following the removal option as if we will get that back if we remove them. If not a buy back option.....why would there be a removal option for a fairly powerful item with no upkeep....wouldnt that be begging for someone to make a mistake? My apologies if this has already been covered. Same question in regards to loyalty items. it list the number of LP it took to purchase immediately after the removal option. buy back option so we can upgrade.....or just a mistake waiting to happen?
No its not a buy back option. You remove them and you lose them and u do not get the favor points back. Have seen players make that mistake already told them to message kano been awhile since i have seen someone ask this again.
pretty much. It just looks like because if you have one of those items you bought and its on sale at the time when your looking at the page inside the game it does look like it says it but its not its just because the remove button and that box are close to another giving it false perception of getting your rewards back.
Thanks for the replies guys. I kind of figured thats the way it was purely because I couldnt imagine Kano doing something that cool.....lol. But that it really does mislead....so much so its almost as if its on purpose. I do remember some players bringing up the whole removal option for these items ....but I dont remember it being they same then as it is now. There is zero reason to ever get rid of these items so Kano should eliminate the removal option and eliminate any room for error
Your welcome Polish. I will ask the developers f they can make it more clearer when they are beside one another and on sale so players do not get confused over it. Your not the first i wasn't the first either when i saw it back in the day and i sure we won't be the last either.
I can assure you that it was never our intention to confuse or trick a player that they might receive some FPs back for removing a Limited item. As such we have listened to what was discussed here and removed the "Remove" button from all limited items on the Inventory page which will now look something like this. I now await comments that we made this change too quickly
IT WAS MADE TOO QUICKLY ARE YOU CRAZY!!!!!! Why are we listening to my alter ego(Polish)for.... Nah...thanks for the change.
